Al Pastor Tacos

Slices of pork sirloin are marinated with pineapple and chilies then cooked sous vide and finally grilled. Served with soft flour tortillas, and a cheery corn & black bean salad. The side of smooth avocado is a lovely counterpoint to all the flavors and textures of this dish.

Ingredients: pork sirloin, corn, black beans, flour tortilla, sour cream, bell pepper, lime juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, achiote paste, (vinegar, annatto seed, spices, salt, garlic), canola oil, distilled vinegar, lime, avocado, garlic, cilantro, kosher salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, mexican, chipotle, guajillo pepper, tajin, garlic powder

Reheating Instructions: Place pork in a skillet over medium-high heat, warm, stirring often, until heated to your liking. Place pork on a plate. Wipe out the skillet with a paper towel and warm tortillas, individually, for 5-10 seconds per side. Assemble as desired. Pork and tortillas can be microwaved in 30 second increments (if you must)

Bacon Cheddar Quiche

A classic French dish. Our 6 oz sirloins are crusted in peppercorns and seared. Served with a creamy pan sauce made with our houemade chicken stock, a touch of mustard and dairy free cream. Served with a side of creamy whipped potatoes and green beans.

Reheating Instructions: For optimal results, remove beef from container and allow to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Remove sauce cup from container and set aside. Cover container with green beans and mashed potatoes with foil. Place beef and container with mashed potatoes and green beans on a wire rack over a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8-12 minutes. Remove steak from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest. While steak is resting continue to cook mashed potatoes and green beans if needed. Please note- Steak has been cooked to rare to allow you to reheat at home. Consuming raw or undercooked meat increases your risk of food born illnesses. Alternatively- to heat all together, allow container to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Peel back film and remove sauce cups and sour cream packet. Cover container with foil, place container in pre-heated 350-degree oven for 12-15 minutes.

Reheating Instructions: Leaving film intact, place our oven safe container on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated to your liking. Please note- eggs are cooked to a soft poach to allow you to reheat at home. Consuming raw or undercooked ingredients increases your risk of food born illnesses.

Mindful Mornings Veggie Scramble

A healthy breakfast ready to get your day started right with a scramble full of veggies and protein. Served with our housemade turkey sausage patty.

Ingredients: ground turkey, egg, asparagus, bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, kosher salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes

Reheating Instructions: Egg scramble is best reheated briefly in a skillet over medium-low heat. Once eggs are heated through, remove to a plate and add sausage to skillet until heated to 165-degrees.

Mozzarella, Spinach & Mushroom Quiche

A personal sized buttery crust quiche, filled with mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach.

Ingredients: Mozzarella, Spinach & Mushroom Quiche, (mushrooms, yellow onions, black pepper, cream, egg, water, butter, cream), (spinach, salt, milk, nutmeg, flour, mozzarella)

Reheating Instructions: Remove quiche from packaging and place on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated to your liking.

Protein Pancakes

Delicious protein pancakes are made from scratch in house. We serve it with a side of sausage links and real maple syrup.

Ingredients: canola oil, kosher salt, cottage cheese, lemon, lemon peel, honey, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, blackberries, raspberry, maple syrup, sausage links, (pork sirloin, salt, fruit juice, collagen casing)

Reheating Instructions: Remove sauce cup. Warm in 15-second increments in microwave until heated to your liking. Sausage may take longer than pancakes.

Steak au Poivre

A classic French dish. Our 6 oz sirloins are crusted in peppercorns and seared. Served with a creamy pan sauce made with our houemade chicken stock, a touch of mustard and cream. Served with a side of creamy whipped potatoes and green beans.

Ingredients: top sirloin, yukon gold potato, green beans, cream, butter, (cream), chicken stock, (chicken bones, turkey, yellow onions, kosher salt, black pepper, thyme, carrot, celery, garlic powder, parsley, water), milk, brandy, shallot, garlic, canola oil, black pepper, parsley, kosher salt, Five Eggs' house mustard, (mustard seeds, water, white wine vinegar, kosher salt), thyme

Reheating Instructions: For optimal results, remove beef from container and allow to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Remove sauce cup from container and set aside. Cover container with green beans and mashed potatoes with foil. Place beef and container with mashed potatoes and green beans on a wire rack over a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 8-12 minutes. Remove steak from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest. While steak is resting continue to cook mashed potatoes and green beans if needed. Please note- Steak has been cooked to rare to allow you to reheat at home. Consuming raw or undercooked meat increases your risk of food born illnesses. Alternatively- to heat all together, allow container to rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Peel back film and remove sauce cups and sour cream packet. Cover container with foil, place container in pre-heated 350-degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
