Reheating Instructions: Microwave in 30-second increments until heated to your liking.

Mindful Mornings Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients: sweet potato, kale, ground turkey, egg, red onion, bell pepper, canola oil, kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, fennel seed, (fennel), celery salt

Reheating Instructions: Leaving film intact, place our oven safe container on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated to your liking. Please note- eggs are cooked to a soft poach to allow you to reheat at home. Consuming raw or undercooked ingredients increases your risk of food born illnesses.

Mindful Mornings Veggie Scramble

A healthy breakfast ready to get your day started right with a scramble full of veggies and protein. Served with our housemade turkey sausage patty.

Ingredients: ground turkey, egg, asparagus, bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, kosher salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, garlic powder, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes

Reheating Instructions: Egg scramble is best reheated briefly in a skillet over medium-low heat. Once eggs are heated through, remove to a plate and add sausage to skillet until heated to 165-degrees.

Mozzarella, Spinach & Mushroom Quiche

A personal sized buttery crust quiche, filled with mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach.

Reheating Instructions: Remove quiche from packaging and place on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated to your liking.

Pork Tenderloin Souvlaki

Juicy, flame-kissed pork tenderloin souvlaki served on warm, pillowy pita bread with a generous spoonful of cool, garlicky tzatziki. Reheating Instructions: Peel back film and remove pork. Place pork on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 10-12 minutes, or until warmed through. Protein Pancakes

Delicious protein pancakes are made from scratch in house. We serve it with a side of sausage links and real maple syrup.

Ingredients: canola oil, kosher salt, cottage cheese, lemon, lemon peel, honey, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, blackberries, raspberry, maple syrup, sausage links, (pork sirloin, salt, fruit juice, collagen casing)

Reheating Instructions: Remove sauce cup. Warm in 15-second increments in microwave until heated to your liking. Sausage may take longer than pancakes.

Salmon Rice bowl with Soy Ginger Sauce

Fresh salmon bites are marinated in our savory soy ginger sauce and baked until it's just starting to flake. We serve it over a bed of fluffy rice with edamame, fresh mango and marinated cucumber. Included are siracha aioli and a sesame, ginger sauce to customize to your liking.

Reheating Instructions: Can be enjoyed cold. If you would prefer reheated, remove all toppings, leaving only the salmon and rice. Cover container and place in a preheated 350-degree oven for 7-10 minutes, or until just heated through.
