Steak Tacos with Elote Corn Salad

Tender flank steak is rubbed with our housemade dry rub and cooked until just medium-rare. Served with Elote corn salad to top off your taco and Mexican style beans to round out this beautiful summer dish.

Reheating Instructions: Place steak in a skillet over medium-high heat. Warm, stirring often until desired doneness is reached. Remove steak to a plate. Warm beans in same skillet, adding a bit of water if you'd like. Add beans to a plate and wipe out skillet. Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds per side. Assemble tacos, topping with Elote corn salad.
