Ingredients: Mozzarella, Spinach & Mushroom Quiche, (mushrooms, yellow onions, black pepper, cream, egg, water, butter, cream), (spinach, salt, milk, nutmeg, flour, mozzarella)

Reheating Instructions: Remove quiche from packaging and place on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated to your liking.

Delicious protein pancakes are made from scratch in house. We serve it with a side of sausage links and real maple syrup.

Ingredients: cottage cheese, sausage links, (pork sirloin, salt, fruit juice, collagen casing), maple syrup, honey, blackberries, raspberry, vanilla, canola oil, kosher salt, lemon, lemon peel, baking powder, baking soda

Reheating Instructions: Remove sauce cup. Warm in 15-second increments in microwave until heated to your liking. Sausage may take longer than pancakes.

Reheating Instructions: Place our oven safe container on a sheet pan in a preheated 350-degree oven for 7-10 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively you can microwave in 30-second increments.
